Most people say they don’t like the taste of vegetables.

If you’ve caught yourself saying this, today’s 3 quick, healthy, easy, and delicious vegetable side dish recipes, are made for you.

Each recipe uses all natural and flavorful spices, instead of fattening sauces, to make vegetables taste delicious.

How to make baked zucchini fries:
Servings : 2

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 small Zucchini (or 1 big zucchini)
– 1 tbsp oregano (dried)
– 1 tbsp cumin (ground)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 500F.
2. Slice the zucchini into the same size as a traditional french fry. To do this, slice the zucchini in half, lengthwise, then slice it in half again, widthwise. Depending on how thick the zucchini is, you may have to slice it lengthwise a few more times, until it is the size of a french fry.
3. Dry the zucchini fries by dabbing them with a paper towel.
4. Next, use spices to add flavor to the zucchini fries. Add 1 tbsp of dried oregano and 1 tbsp of cumin to a mixing dish. Cover the mixing dish and shake it together.
5. Cover a baking sheet with tin foil. Optional: spray avocado oil on the tin foil to reduce the chances of the zucchini fries sticking to the tin foil.
6. Add the zucchini fries on top of the baking sheet, in a single layer.
7. Sprinkle the oregano and cumin mixture over the zucchini fries.
8. Add them to the pre-heated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.

– Carbohydrates: 6g
– Fat: 1g

How to make rosemary and basil infused green beans mixture:
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups green beans
– 1/2 cup celery (diced)
– 1/3 cup onion (diced)
– 1 tsp rosemary (dried)
– 1/2 tsp basil (dried)
– dash Sea Salt
– dash Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a steamer pot, add an inch of water, then place the steamer insert on top, with a lid, to boil the water.
2. Once the water is boiling, add the vegetable mixture of 2 cups of green beans, 1/2 cup of diced celery, and 1/3 cup of diced onion to the steamer insert.
3. Steam the green bean mixture for 7 minutes.
4. Sprinkle 1 tsp of dried rosemary, 1/2 tsp of dried basil, a dash of sea salt, and some ground black pepper on top of the green bean mixture.
5. Mix it all together, then dish out the green bean mixture onto a plate and enjoy.

– Fat: 0g

How to make lemon pepper broccoli:
Servings : 2

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup broccoli
– 1/2 juice lemon
– Dash Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a steamer pot, add an inch of water, then place the steamer insert on top, with a lid, to boil the water.
2. Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of broccoli to the steamer insert.
3. Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes.
4. Remove the broccoli from the steamer and add to a plate.
5. Take a 1/2 of a lemon and squeeze it with a lemon squeezer, then pour the lemon juice on top of the broccoli. Then top with a dash (or a couple turns) of black pepper.
